This way you can determine which bets are most attractive to you and keep a better eye on your balance.

What is the principle of a roulette payout?

In roulette, you slide casino chips with a certain value across the playing table. Even with online roulette games, it works like this: click on a chip with your mouse or your finger, drag it to the box of your desired bet and release it.

If you indicate online that you are ready to play, or if the croupier says that you can no longer bet, it is a matter of waiting for the ball to land on your number or number combination. Did you win? Then you will receive a roulette payout in the form of chips that the croupier ascribes to you.

A roulette payout is always a multiplication of your own bet. You can win 1 to 35 times your bet as a payout for roulette. In all cases, you will also get your starting sheet back. Did you read in this article that you get a roulette payout of, for example, 6 x? Then you will receive six times your bet on chips and your own bet (1 x) will simply remain on the box. You can remove it or move it, but you can also leave it to play the next round with the same bet!

Every roulette payout you can receive

Roulette has a game table with a lot of boxes and so many bets are possible – each with its own roulette payout. The rule of thumb is that the harder a bet is to win, the higher the payout for roulette, and vice versa. Here we discuss each roulette payout for dollarpees Roulette from difficult to easy, with the corresponding chances of winning.

Single Number (Straight)

The most difficult bet in roulette is the Single Number bet, a bet on a single number. Slide a chip to your favorite number and wait for the ball to be favorable to you. That can take a while, so players with a penchant for Single Number bets often bet chips on multiple of these single numbers.

Your chance of winning on a Single Number bet is 1 in 37, or 2.7%.Does your favorite number fall? Then say hello to a roulette payout of 35 times your bet!

Higher than this will not be a roulette payout at dollarpees and French roulette. Only with special live versions can you win more money – lightning Roulette from Evolution Gaming you can win 50 to 500 times your bet if your single number falls and if you are very lucky.

Split Number (Chevaux)

This is a bet on two numbers that are next to each other on the game table. Place your chips on the line between these numbers to bet on a Split Number. This is an important part of the complicated bets of the neighbor game in French roulette.

Your chance of winning on a Split Number bet is 2 in 37, or 5.4%. If the ball ends on one of these two numbers, you win a roulette payout of seventeen times your bet.

Street (Row)

The Street is a favorite bet of many roulette players. He is quite difficult to pick, but not impossible, and delivers a wonderful roulette payout. Place your chips on the line in front of a certain row of three numbers to bet on the Street.

Your chance of winning on a Street bet is 3 in 37, or 8.1%. If the ball ends on a number of your street numbers, you win a roulette payout of eleven times your bet.

Corner

Also a popular bet, with better odds than the Street. Place your number at the intersection of the lines between four adjacent numbers in a square.

Your chance of winning on a Corner bet is 4 in 37, or 10.8%. If the ball ends on one of these four numbers, you win a roulette payout of eight times your bet.

Basketball

This unique bet on five numbers (on the 00, 0, 1, 2 and 3) occurs only in American roulette. It's also called a ‘sucker bet’, and for good reason: you get a pretty low roulette payout for this hard-to-win bet. Therefore, it is better to leave it on the left – American roulette is the worst version for you to play anyway, because there are two zero boxes present!

Your chance of winning on a Basket bet is 5 in 38, or 13.2%. If the ball ends on one of the five numbers, you win a roulette payout of (but) six times your bet.

Sixline / Double Street

This bet is a bet on two adjacent streets at the same time. Place your chips on the line in front of these two streets, right at the intersection of the four lines.

Your chance of winning on a Basket bet is 6 in 37, or 16.2%. If the ball ends on one of these two numbers, you win a roulette payout of five times your bet.

Dozens and columns

With these bets you always bet on one third of all numbers, and so you always have the same chance of winning and payout for roulette. To bet on a dozen, slide chips to the side of the board, to the mark ‘1st 12’, ‘2nd 12’ or ‘3rd 12’. To bet on a column, place chips on the small boxes at the bottom of each vertical column of numbers; often it has the marking ‘2 to 1’.

Your chance of winning on a dozen or columns bet is 12 in 37, or 32.4%. If the ball ends on one of these two numbers, you win a roulette payout of twice your bet.

50/50 Bets (single bets)

These are all bets, where you bet on half (50 %) of all numbers. Each of these bets has a separate betting box on the side of the game table. You can choose from these 50/50 bets: red or black, Even or odd, and low or high.

Your chance of winning on a 50/50 bet is 18 out of 37, or 48.6%. If the ball ends on one of these two numbers, you win a roulette payout of Once your bet.

Payouts of the neighbor game

With French roulette and also with dollarpees roulette you can bet on the neighbor game. That consists of sequences of numbers in the order of the wheel (not the order of the table, as All Other Bets work). You do this by sliding your chips on one of the surfaces of the ‘racetrack’ on the game table.

The bets of the neighbor game are not separate bets: they consist of combinations of Single numbers, Split Bets and even Streets. For every chance of winning and roulette payout of the neighbor game you can look in the text above.

Roulette 0 payout

With most games it is really possible to get a roulette 0 payout! For this you bet with a Single Bet (or the unique Basket Bet) on the 0 and/or the 00. Does the ball land on this nasty number? Then you just get the payout that applies to any other Single Number Bet!

The story becomes different if you bet on any other bet. If 0 (or 00) is thrown, you will automatically lose your bet. The 0 is the only box, where the casino (almost) always makes a profit.

A third situation is playing French Roulette with the special rules La Partage en en Prison. In addition, you can get a (small) roulette 0 payout. The condition is that you have bet on a 50/50 bet and that 0 is thrown. With the La Partage rule, you will then get a’ payout ' of half your bet back. With the En Prison rule, your entire stake remains until the next bNZDt. If your bet wins, you get your entire bet back. Such a nice roulette 0 payout is a great reason to play French Roulette!
